Hello BEautiful Friend,
I’ve been sitting with something lately.
Actually… I’ve been living it.
Something in me has shifted.
Not overnight.
Not because I read the right book or found the perfect answer.
But because after years of questioning, searching, learning, growing, doubting, trying again, and sometimes looking everywhere except within… I’m finally beginning to trust myself.
Really trust myself.
And I have to tell you…
It feels different.
For a long time, I thought BEcoming the woman I wanted to BE meant figuring everything out.
Making the right choices.
Having the right answers.
Getting it right in my relationships.
Understanding my past.
Knowing exactly where my business was going.
Making everyone happy.
Being strong enough.
Doing enough.
BEing enough.
And somewhere along the way, I realized…
that’s exhausting.
Because there is always another answer.
Another opinion.
Another person who knows what you should do.
Another voice telling you what is right or wrong.
Another comparison.
Another reason to question yourself.
And eventually…
You can’t hear yourself anymore.
I’ve been diving deeper into my spirituality. Into my own knowing. Into the quiet underneath everything I’ve been taught to believe.
And I’m beginning to understand something that feels almost ridiculously simple:
The answer isn’t over there with someone else.
My worth isn’t over there.
My peace isn’t over there.
My permission isn’t over there.
My power isn’t over there.
My life isn’t waiting for me over there.
It’s here. With me.
And maybe you’ve experienced this too.
That moment when something you’ve been searching for suddenly becomes so obvious that you wonder how you missed it for so long.
I’ve been looking at my past.
My choices.
My relationships.
The things I’ve gotten right.
The things I’ve gotten wrong.
The things people have done to me.
The things I’ve done to others.
And instead of asking, “Who was right?”
I’m learning to ask a different question:
“What do I know now?”
Because I can’t change yesterday.
But I can choose today.
And that… is where my freedom lives.
This might be one of the biggest shifts for me.
I don’t believe I’m broken.
And I don’t believe you are either.
I think we’ve all accumulated stories.
Fear.
Expectations.
Patterns.
People-pleasing.
Comparison.
Old beliefs.
Things we learned to do to survive.
Things that once protected us… but may not be serving us anymore.
And maybe the work isn’t to BEcome some perfectly healed, enlightened version of ourselves.
Maybe the work is simply to come back.
Again.
And again.
And again.
To the woman underneath it all.
The woman who has been with you through every chapter.
The woman who carried you here.
The woman who already knows more than you give her credit for.
I don’t just want an impressive life.
I don’t want a life that looks good from the outside but feels exhausting on the inside.
I don’t want to spend my days building something amazing while missing my actual life.
I want a balanced BEautiful life.
I want the business…
AND the boat.
I want the ambition…
AND the afternoon by the pool.
I want the movement…
AND the quiet.
I want the podcast…
AND the conversations around my kitchen table.
I want the retreat…
AND the drive home with my husband.
I want to create…
AND to rest.
I want to grow…
AND to enjoy the woman I already am.
I want success…
AND presence.
I want purpose…
AND play.
I want to build something that matters…
without missing the people and moments that matter most.
Maybe that’s what balance really means.
Not fifty-fifty.
Not perfectly organized.
Not having every area of life figured out.
Maybe balance is simply BEing intentional about what gets your attention.
Knowing when to push.
Knowing when to pause.
Knowing when to say yes.
Knowing when to say no.
Knowing when to listen to someone else’s wisdom…
And knowing when to come back to your own.
Not being relentless.
Not working until you’re exhausted.
Not proving everyone wrong.
Not never falling apart.
Not always knowing what comes next.
Maybe BEing Unstoppable means trusting yourself enough to keep coming home.
Even when you’re scared.
Even when you’re uncertain.
Even when someone doesn’t understand.
Even when the path isn’t clear.
Even when you have to change your mind.
Even when you have to BEgin again.
Because you know…
you are the one who gets to live this life.
This month, I want you to ask yourself:
Where am I still looking “over there” for something I already have within me?
And then ask:
What would a balanced, BEautiful life look like for me?
Not the life your parents wanted.
Not the life your partner expects.
Not the life social media tells you to want.
Not the life that looks impressive.
Your life.
What does it feel like?
Who is there?
What are you doing?
What are you no longer doing?
What gets your time?
What gets your energy?
What gets a yes?
What gets a no?
And most importantly…
What does the woman living that life need from you today?
Maybe it’s rest.
Maybe it’s courage.
Maybe it’s a boundary.
Maybe it’s forgiveness.
Maybe it’s a conversation.
Maybe it’s simply permission to stop trying so hard.
Whatever it is…
Trust yourself enough to listen.
This is why the retreat we’ve created feels so different to me now.
Coming Home isn’t about fixing women.
It isn’t about giving women another list of things they need to accomplish.
It’s about creating space.
Space to pause.
Space to reflect.
Space to breathe.
Space to laugh.
Space to be seen.
Space to listen to yourself again.
Space to remember.
And space to ask:
“What do I want my life to feel like?”
Because when you step away from the noise… sometimes the answer you’ve been looking for isn’t waiting for you somewhere else.
It’s already inside you.
You just finally have enough quiet to hear it.
And I want you to know something.
I don’t have it all figured out.
I’m still learning.
Still questioning.
Still practicing.
Still catching myself looking over there.
Still choosing myself.
Still learning what it means to live a balanced, BEautiful life.
But I’m no longer waiting until I have all the answers before I begin.
I’m walking.
I’m listening.
I’m trusting.
And I’m opening the door.
If something in you is stirring…
If you’ve been feeling that quiet whisper that says there has to be more…
Maybe you’re not looking for another thing to do.
Maybe you’re ready for a place to BE.
Coming Home is now open.

I used to think BEcoming Unstoppable meant becoming stronger.
Now…
I think it means BEcoming more yourself.
More honest.
More present.
More trusting.
More courageous.
More playful.
More loving.
More willing to listen to that quiet voice inside.
More willing to say, “This is my life. I get to choose how I live it.”
And maybe the most BEautiful thing we can BEcome… isn’t unstoppable at all.
Maybe it’s simply…
fully ourselves.
So this month…
Pause.
Reflect.
Choose.
Remember.
And come home.
Because your secret sauce was never over there.
It was you.
And maybe…
it always was.
With love,
Vicki McDougall
