Hello BEautiful,
It’s September.
And I’ve decided something…
September is our second New Year.
Think about it.
January comes with all the pressure.
The resolutions.
The goals.
The plans.
The THIS IS THE YEAR I’M FINALLY GOING TO…
And then…
Life.
Work.
Family.
Relationships.
Unexpected shit.
Old habits.
Old patterns.
A few detours.
And suddenly we’re looking at the calendar thinking,
“Well… that didn’t go exactly as planned.” 😂
But here’s the thing I want you to remember:
You didn’t fail.
You lived.
You learned.
You changed.
You discovered things about yourself that you couldn’t have known in January.
And that’s exactly why September is such a beautiful time to BEgin again.
September has always been meaningful to me.
It’s my birthday.
It was my dad’s birthday.
And after five years without him, September carries both celebration and reflection for me.
It reminds me that time is moving.
That life is happening.
That we don’t get to put our lives on hold until everything is perfect.
And maybe that’s why I’m looking at this September differently.
I’m not asking myself:
“What haven’t I accomplished yet?”
I’m asking:
“What do I want the rest of this year to feel like?”
That’s a very different question.
Because maybe the goal isn’t to squeeze more into the remaining months.
Maybe it’s to become more intentional about how we want to BE in them.
How do you want to feel?
Who do you want to spend time with?
What deserves your energy?
What doesn’t?
What goal still lights you up?
What goal have you outgrown?
Where are you still waiting for permission?
Where are you still looking “over there” for something that is already within you?
And perhaps the biggest question…
Where can you come home to yourself a little more?
Because here’s something I’ve learned while doing this work:
Coming home to yourself doesn’t mean you never get lost.
It means you learn how to find your way back.
Sometimes an old pattern shows up.
You get triggered.
You react.
You people-please.
You doubt yourself.
You hear that old voice telling you you’re not enough.
And instead of beating yourself up…
Get curious.
Ask:
Why is this coming up for me?
What is this showing me?
What am I seeing in myself?
What is this moment here to teach me?
And then…
Give yourself some grace.
Because we’re not doing this perfectly.
We’re doing this honestly.
And that is where the magic happens.
We’re not waiting for January.
We’re not waiting until Monday.
We’re not waiting until we lose the weight, make the money, fix the relationship, finish the project, get the house organized, or finally feel “ready.”
We’re starting now.
September is our reset.
Our recommitment.
Our second chance.
And I don’t mean becoming a whole new woman.
I mean BEcoming more of the woman you already are.
The woman who knows.
The woman who is learning to trust herself.
The woman who can listen to someone else’s opinion without abandoning herself.
The woman who can feel the fear and still move.
The woman who can love deeply without losing herself.
The woman who can say no.
The woman who can change her mind.
The woman who can make mistakes and still love herself through them.
The woman who is finally realizing…
Your secret sauce is YOU.
We’ve got four months left.
That’s a lot of life.
So let’s use them.
Let’s crush some goals.
Let’s make some money.
Let’s take the trip.
Let’s start the thing.
Let’s have the hard conversation.
Let’s laugh with our people.
Let’s make memories with our families.
Let’s dance.
Let’s cry.
Let’s rest.
Let’s say YES.
Let’s say NO.
Let’s stop worrying so damn much about what everyone else thinks.
Let’s stop abandoning ourselves to keep everyone else comfortable.
Let’s stop waiting for permission.
And let’s LIVE.
Not someday.
Now.
Because I don’t want to build a life I need to escape from.
I want to build a life I actually get to live.
And I want that for you, too.
So here’s your invitation:
Grab your coffee.
Your journal.
Your favorite pen.
And give yourself 20 quiet minutes.
Write down:
What am I proud of myself for this year?
What have I learned about myself?
What am I ready to let go of?
What still matters to me?
What do I want to accomplish before 2026 ends?
And finally…
Who do I want to BE while I’m doing it?
Because the woman you BEcome along the way matters just as much as the goals you accomplish.
Maybe even more.
You don’t need a new year to become a new you.
You need a new choice.
And you can make that choice today.
So here’s to the next four months.
To second chances.
To messy beginnings.
To big dreams.
To tiny shifts.
To loving ourselves through all of it.
To BEcoming.
To BEing.
To coming home.
Let’s go out of 2026 crushing our goals, loving ourselves fiercely, and living this crazy, beautiful life.
Because, BEautiful…
we’re not done yet.
Not even close.
Pause.
Reflect.
Choose.
Remember.
Come Home.
